At the invitation of Kangrga Dušanka, the leader of the ensemble "Ducati and Biseri", Acting Consul-general Milan Varadinović attended a jubilee concert on December 14, 2019, dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the founding of this folkloric ensemble. The concert was held in the ceremonial hall of Taft High School, attended by many children of our citizens who live in the area. The program was also performed by the "Kolo" ensemble from Hamilton (Ontario, Canada), as well as the "Silk Thread" ensemble from Rockford (Illinois).

Many members of the "Ducati and Biseri" ensemble are also active as actors in the theater companies "Mira Sremcevic" and "Atelier 312". This ensemble also participated in the organization of a short program to celebrate the National Day of the Republic of Serbia at the premises of the Consulate General in Chicago in 2019.
