Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Directorate for Diaspora announced results of the competition for co-financing of projects that contribute to strengthening of ties between the homeland and the Diaspora. Co-financing is aimed at projects studying, preserving and fostering Serbian language and Cyrillic script, preserving and fostering Serbian cultural, ethnic, linguistic and religious identity, as well as the promotion of economic cooperation of the Republic of Serbia and the Diaspora.

In the open call for co-financing of projects which contribute to preserving and strengthening the ties of the homeland and Diaspora a total of 184 projects was approved with a total amount of 50,201,000.00 (more than $484,000).
