On the occasion of New Year's and Christmas Holidays, the Consulate General held a traditional reception for representatives of the Diaspora and the Serbian community.

The reception was attended by representatives of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Adventist Church, Serbian organizations, associations, Serbian cultural institutions, representatives of the diaspora media and prominent individuals from the Serbian community.

The reception was realized in cooperation with Air Serbia, and the reception was attended by representatives of the national airlines, as well as travel agents from Chicago.
The attendees were addressed by Acting Consul General Dejan Radulovic, and on that occasion he thanked everyone for the cooperation in the past year and wished everyone happy forthcoming holidays. He emphasized the importance that the Republic of Serbia pays to its cooperation with the Diaspora, and especially thanked the contribution of the Serbian community to the United States marking the 100th anniversary of the Great War and the Serbian-American alliance during the First World War.

The Consulate General is using this opportunity to wish all citizens of the Republic of Serbia and members of the Serbian community in the United States happy upcoming holidays.
