The Consulate of the Republic of Serbia led by Honorary Consul Dr. Ryan Osborne has opened in Los Angeles. Honorary Consulate was officially opened with the ribbon cutting ceremony by Mr. Nemanja Stevanovic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and Dr. Ryan Osborne, Honorary Consul. The opening ceremony was attended by Novak Nedić, Secretary General of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Dejan Radulović, Acting Consul General of the Republic of Serbia in Chicago.

Following the opening ceremony, a reception was held at where the State Secretary Nemanja Stevanovic and the Honorary Consul, Dr. Ryan Osborne, addressed the guests. On that occasion, State Secretary Stevanovic emphasized the importance that the Republic of Serbia attaches to the improvement of bilateral relations with the United States and expressed the hope that the Honorary Consul will further contribute to the affirmation of the Republic of Serbia and to the establishment of stronger ties with the US and the state of California, which is the jurisdiction of the Honorary Consulate in Los Angeles. Honorary Consul Dr. Ryan Osborne said that he was honored to represent the Republic of Serbia, and that with his engagement he would endeavor to improve the ties between Serbia and California.

Dr. Ryan Osborne is a respected American physician and owner of the Osborne Head and Neck Institute in Los Angeles.
