Serbian Defense Minister Zoran Djordjevic received the delegation of the National Guard headed by Commander Major General Mark Bartman thus marking the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the State Partnership Program between the Republic of Serbia and the Ohio National Guard.

They summarized results of ten years of partnership and expressed great satisfaction with the excellent cooperation between the Serbian Army and the Ohio National Guard. They agreed that the State Partnership Program is one of the best segments of the bilateral military cooperation between the two countries, and the modalities of further cooperation within the framework of the Program were discussed.

State Partnership Program of the Republic of Serbia and Ohio is being implemented on the basis of the signed Status of Forces Agreement - SOFA of September 7th, 2006.
