Literary evening was held at the Consulate General of the Republic Serbia with the author and theater director Mrs. Vida Ognjenovic. Mrs. Jelena Bankovic Moravcevic, Professor of English language and literature at the Oakton University in Chicago, gave an introduction and spoke of Mrs. Ognjenovic’s literary work.  Mrs. Ognjenovic read selections from her books “Poisonous Milk of the Dandelion” and “The Birdwatcher”, as well as from her new book of essays “Steadfastness of the Riddle” which is yet to be published. Attending guests had an opportunity to pose questions and have conversations with Mrs. Ognjenovic.
